In 2022–25 diagram shows a significant shift, with the United States becoming the largest recipient, driven primarily by investments from South Korea and Taiwan (China), which accounted for 90 percent of the total. The top 25 corridors accounted for 89 percent of total FDI. The diagram also highlights a decline in Mainland China's annual FDI inflows by about 80 percent compared to the 2015–19 period.
